For last 40 years, CHEUNG YUE had growth from a small home business with 10 sewing workers in Hong Kong to a thriving medium-sized enterprise. Recently, we provide a cultural diversity workplace for more than 3000 workers with different nationalities in Hong Kong, China, Vietnam and Cambodia.

Achieving an average tenure of 9.5 years in Hong Kong and China, showcase our dedication to long-term employee relationships. In our Headquarters in Hong Kong, most of the staff has been working with us for more than 10 years.

We have commenced a 24-month Gender-Based Violence and Harassment (GBVH) project initiated by Better Factories Cambodia (BFC) in the first quarter of 2025, strengthening the understanding of workers and management in effectively addressing and responding to GBVH.
At CHEUNG YUE, we firmly believe that only when we operate with high ethical standards will we build a good reputation and a positive image in the marketplace.We are collaborating with The Hong Kong Ethics Development Centre (HKBEDC) to provide a comprehensive range of anti-corruption and ethics training programs. These initiatives are designed to help our team understand anti-corruption laws and uphold a high standard of integrity.
At CHEUNG YUE, our utmost concern is the well-being of our community and employees. We continuously support the disadvantaged and underprivileged through the local nonprofit organizations in various counties. In addition, to ensure the physical and mental well-being of our employees, we have implemented a holistic employee wellness initiative.
Over the years, CHEUNG YUE has donated over 100,000 meals to temple orphanages, needy families, children, and the elderly. To this day, we continue to distribute vegetarian meals daily.
Since the launch of our first sustainability strategy, we have given more than 50,000 hours of services to socially vulnerable groups including donating supplies to rural school in poverty area, orphans, as well as constructing water wells in remote hamlets.
